What are your goals?


How many times a week do you run? More importantly, what are you weekly goals for running?!

  3. My goals are to run 10 miles a week. Currently I can only run 2 miles at a time and then I am wiped. I know it's mind over matter though so I want to try to surpass my 2 mile threshold!
